RETURN POLICY

All of our products are aftermarket / replacement parts (example not original parts, genuine or OEM parts) and should be install or fitted by an approved car fitment center / garage / workshop /panel-beater, accredited with RMI (retail motor industry organisation).

No return if not accompanied by a job card from the above mentioned places. Any queries must be submitted within 3 days of purchase / receiving goods. Item has to be unused and in original packing with original invoice.

Courier customers must send items back to us by a courier company and at your own cost and risks. Courier fees are not refunded.

In case our courier company cannot delivery your parcels for whatever reasons such as but not limited to: incorrect address, unable to reach you on your contact details. Parcels are send back to us and refund is process less courier fees.

“NO DIY”. If installing yourself, then the products sold to you is sold as is “Voetstoots”.

It is your responsibility to bring a sample when collection parts as we do not use Vin or engine numbers. For courier customers you can send us pictures of the items on a scale background.

Restocking fee of 25% percent is charged on any return

No returns or exchanges on electronic items which includes but not limited to Light bars, HID/LED kits , any headlamp , fog lamp , indicators, Electronic Mirrors, or any items of electric or electronic nature. 

No returns or exchanges on books 

We need copy of I.D ( I.D card we need copy of both sides) and proof of payment in order for us to refund deposit or payment. 

Refunds can take up to 7 working days
